Great location! Close to all theme parks and attractions. The free shuttle service made it easy to travel. The pool area and fitness room were fantastic! The rooms were clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all appliances needed for cooking.

There was no daily service to the room which was a bit inconvenient. The vending machines were expensive and the gift shop lacked variety.

I have no complaints about this resort. It was clean, spacious, accommodating and fun. My kids had a blast! They wanted to leave Disney World to go "home" and swim in the pool. Few tips though....make sure you bring your own dish soap and a few extra utensils...didn't have a spatula for cooking, only the rubber one for like cake batter. Definitely will stay here every time I come to Orlando!

i didnt like that housekeeping was not included,i dont feel that you should pay extra for this,while on vacation I found myself cleaning.there were also no pool towels available.

I recently had a great stay at a resort in Kissimmee. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout my stay. The location was perfect, situated in a busy shopping center across the lake, making it convenient for all my shopping needs. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and responsive to any requests I had. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a king bed and a fairly large kitchen that was well supplied with everything I needed. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was impressed with the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The villas were just like the website described. Lots of room in the one bedroom villa. My son loved and lived in the loft area. The overall look and feel of the resort was beautiful, charming, and relaxing. It really felt like home to us. All the essentials of home were provided. Just bring the food or you could have the resort pick it up for you. If you needed anything, the staff would take care of it right away. We spent a day at the pool area and which my kids loved. Location was great and easy to get to Disneyworld/Universal Studios. We enjoyed our stay and would book with Mike Ditka Resort next time we go back to Florida.

We had a little problem with the gate codes not working but resolved.

The rooms were spacious and were well set up for a family vacation. The pools and hot tub were lovely, the resort clean and well laid out. The basketball court was an added bonus for extra fun! The location to disney/sea world and other family activities was perfect and the price was excellent!

The only thing I might suggest as an improvement is that the rooms be equipped to match the sleeping capacity. (ie. if it sleeps 9 people, then there should be at least 9 pillows, 9 facecloths, 9 utensils/plates/cups) It would also be helpful to have small packets of laundry and dish soap as well as dish towels/cloths and oven mitts rather than having to buy these things ourselves. We were able to get some of these things (including a working coffee maker) through the front desk, but it would have been preferable to not have to chase around for them. In the larger scheme of things, though, the resort was still well worth the money. Having these things at hand would just have made the experience even better.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was convenient, with ample spaces available. The location near the lake was a lovely bonus, providing beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. Additionally, this hotel was close to many major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants within close proximity, ensuring I had a wide variety of dining options.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The resort was wonderful! Very family friendly!...the heated pool was great! There was a movie on Saturday night, poolside. The kids swam and watched Madagascar. The property was just darling with it's pastel colored villas! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved the full sized kitchen! The 2 room villa was home away from home!

I think that maid service should be inculded in the price of the room. At the very least to remove the trash!!! We had to take our own trash to a trash dump which was pretty far from our villa. Also, in the second bathroom the bathtub had brown marks on the bottom of the tub. They were stains, but it would be nice if they could be removed!!!!

The staff was friendly and attentive. When I requested extra blankets they were brought to us right away.

The information in the room did not always seem to be correct. The in-room info said to not bring room towels to the pool, yet when we got to the pool, we were told by staff to use room towels. Also age requirements for pool area were different in room from posted signs around pool.

I could live with tranquility ,happy,becouse my dreams was stay this hotel during my vocation.i stayed two years ago in this hotel.i lime very much .

I liked all things.

Spacious 1 bedroom villa. Location was ideal. Villa was clean and furnishings were rather new. We had parking right in front of our villa, which was ideal. Liked the fact that you needed your key for the security gates which were closed in the evening - which made you feel safe.

Kitchen not equipped enough to accomodate in-house cooking. Missing coffee spoons, oven mitts, place mats or tablecloth, cleaning cloths. Only had 1 pot and 1 frying pan which was rather old and kitchen knives were dull. Need to update mattresses/beds - mattress was too soft and bed and headboard banged against wall with every turn or movement.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the famous Disneyworld theme park, making it a convenient choice for families looking to enjoy the attractions. the hotel is not located within the park itself, allowing for a bit of peace and quiet away from the crowds. Guests will also appreciate the proximity to a super center, providing easy access to any necessary supplies.

Some guests mentioned that they were unable to use the basketball court during their stay.

We loved the apartments .It felt like home and a lot of hospitality from everyone that works there. The kids loved the swimming pool and like to play on the premises

We couldn't access our internet service and that was very unpleasant

My stay was wonderful. The resort was clean and my room was spacious. My kids loved the pool and the movie. The best part about the resort was that it was near the shopping areas.
